| Complete Exterior Cleaning In the same spirit as our Safe Roof Cleaning service we employ a completely non-pressure exterior cleaning treatment that is based on the principle that we can safely and effectively remove all kinds of mold, mildew, algae, fungus, dirt, dust, cobwebs, spider eggs etc. from a structure without the inherent risks of damage that are commonly associated with traditional pressure cleaning methods (peeling and chipping of paint, excessive wear, and water intrusion). |

| 1. | We start from the ground up. We cover any plants, landscaping, or other sensitive items that are attached or adjacent to the structure with a 1 mil. plastic sheeting. |

| 2. | We apply the cleaning solution without pressure. Killing algae, mold, and mildew while acting as a surfactant to aid in the removal of cobwebs, spider eggs, dirt, dust, and other accumulations of foreign material. |

| 3. | We rinse the surface using a hose end nozzle. Without pressure we can effectively concentrate our efforts on removing unwanted stains, etc without the risk of damage to the home or building on which we are working. |
