| To facilitate a thorough cleaning of horizontal concrete surfaces, Safeclean Systems Inc. incorporates a 3 part surface cleaning treatment, aiding in the removal of mold, mildew, algae, grease, dirt, grime, etc… | |

| 1. | We pre-treat the surface to be cleaned. Generally a light chemical pre-treatment will aid in the removal of mold, mildew, algae, etc. as well as loosen dirt and other accumulations from the surface. In some cases, the application of a heavy duty de-greaser or rust remover may be required. |

| 2. | We clean the surface using a special high pressure attachment known as a surface cleaner. This machine allows us to clean a surface approximately 18-36” in diameter, thoroughly and uniformly, without leaving lines or uneven markings on the surface. |

| 3. | We rinse the surface with a high pressure application. This part of the process allows us to “touch up” any corners or curbing as well as remove the loose dirt from the surface which we have just cleaned. |
